Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoFind, provided by [CoFind — legal entity name](“CoFind”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. The service

CoFind is an AI-assisted sales workspace that helps your team understand their inbound leads and enquiries, prioritize what matters, and build relationships. CoFind does not scrape, buy, or fetch personal contact data; it works with the leads, enquiries, and records you provide or connect. Outreach is drafted for a human on your team to review and approve.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use CoFind. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Your data and your responsibilities

You retain all rights to the leads, enquiries, and other content you bring to CoFind (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and support the service. As between you and CoFind, you are the Data Fiduciary for any personal data in Customer Data and CoFind is your Data Processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (such as consent) to collect and process that data and to provide it to us, and for complying with the DPDP Act and other applicable law. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CoFind to:

• upload or process personal data you have no lawful basis to process;
• scrape, harvest, or acquire contact data unlawfully;
• send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications in breach of applicable law;
• infringe others’ rights, or breach any law or third-party terms; or
• interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to, the service.

5. Intellectual property

CoFind and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in them except the right to use the service as permitted here.

6. Fees and billing

Fees, billing cycles, and taxes are as described at sign-up or in your order. [Confirm pricing, renewal, and refund terms.]

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CoFind assists your team but does not replace your own judgment; you are responsible for reviewing and approving any outreach before it is sent.

8. Limitation of liability

9. Term and termination
